New Private Residential Sales Are Having Positive Movement In The Month Of September
A new report from the Orangetee & Tie shows private home sales in September, is due to launch the recovery may be more likely to develop projects to stimulate demand.

Real estate consultancy, research director of Christine Sun said, “We also observed a number of current sales conditions, such as The Tapestry, Affinity at Serangoon, The Tre Ver and Riverfront Residences, because the buyer is likely to decide in the market to continue to compare the purchase.”
Previously, Singapore private home sales fell sharply in August compared with a 64.3 per cent to 617 set in July, which is set for us. This figure also means an annual decline of about 50 per cent.
But as of September, a new private home sales rebounded by 51 per cent to 932 set. The figure also represents about 42 per cent annual growth.
Due to the economy and job market remains healthy, individual dealers may be reluctant to cut prices, “she said.

Looking ahead, Orangetee &Tie private residential sales for 2018 are expected to be set up to 8,500 9,500.
“Due to the strong economic factors that will drive up the demand for private residential sales, we expect there will be an uptrend of purchase activity in new project launches, that will includes The Woodleigh Residences, Parc Esta, Kent Ridge Hill Residences and Whistler Grand, these activities will be carefully plan for the launch date in coming of the next two months to launch,” Sun said.
