Qingjian Realty introduced smart home features in Singapore private condominium
Qingjian Realty in Singapore unveiled the first fully smart technology integrated in JadeScape condominium.
New development projects are located in the former Shunfu Road that comprises 1,206 residential units, of which 63 is designed specifically for older residents. The gold standard units are equipped with smart technology, as well as facilities to meet the needs of elderly residents, such as a non-slip floors, drop-down hydraulic and strut.
The Jadescape condo has approximately 36,985.70 square metres, with 236 single bedroom unit 403, a double bed, 265 a three bed, 261 a four bed, 39 a five on a bed and two penthouses.
It was a reported that the price of a one-bedroom unit to $838 from $988, since bed room, three bed house is $1,380,000. The other type of unit prices have not yet been determined.
As Singapore’s first fully integrated development projects, JadeScape public areas will be equipped with smart devices, smart real estate management systems for monitoring.
Once a single unit of the smoke detectors were activated, the system will send an alert. The elevator lobby will also use facial recognition technology.
